Message dated and received March 20 was read, stating the Governor             
transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies of the following                 
resolution to the Lieutenant Governors Office for permanent filing:            
                                                                               
SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 1 Relating to                                           
compensation of Holocaust victims and survivors,                               
their heirs, and Jewish communities by the                                     
government of Switzerland and the Swiss banking
